Soléa Preset Pack – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and use of the Soléa Lightroom Preset Pack, a digital product sold via this website and delivered via Paddle.

By purchasing and downloading the presets, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Information

This is a digital product only, no physical item will be shipped.
The Soléa Preset Pack includes downloadable files for use in Adobe Lightroom (Classic + Mobile). Please ensure you have the required software before purchasing.

2. Usage Rights & License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the presets for personal or professional use by you only.

You may:

Use the presets on your own photography

Apply the presets to client work (as part of your own services)

You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute the presets (in original or modified form)

Claim the presets as your own creation

Include the presets as part of a bundled offering (free or paid)

Basically: you can use them as much as you want, just don’t pass them around or sell them on.

3. Refund Policy

Because this is a digital download, all sales are final and non-refundable.

EU consumer law allows for an exception to the 14-day cooling-off period when:

“the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and with the acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.”

By purchasing, you agree to receive the digital content immediately and waive your right to withdrawal under EU law.

4. Taxes

Applicable VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout, based on your location.
All taxes are calculated automatically and collected where required by law.
You will receive a tax-compliant invoice from Paddle, the payment processor and merchant of record.

5. Payment Processing

Payment is securely processed by Paddle, an authorized reseller of digital goods.
You’ll see Paddle listed on your payment confirmation and invoice.

For legal and tax purposes, Paddle acts as the merchant of record and is responsible for charging VAT/GST where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

All files, images, presets, and branding are the intellectual property of Soul Studio / Christine Smeyers.
Unauthorized use, duplication, resale, or distribution will be considered a violation of copyright and license terms.

8. Applicable Law
